Know your build cost before you commit
Usually you don't get a true price until tender, by which time you've already spent heavily. We price your home much earlier.
Transparent, with no hidden costs
Where the uncertainty comes from
On a typical self-build, you only find out the real cost at stage 6:
Buy the land
Design with your architect
Engineer's drawings
Planning permission
Building warrant
Tender, and finally a price
Pricing from the design stage
We can price your house during and after the design stage (stage 2), which takes away much of the uncertainty early on. It's completely transparent: you get a full breakdown of materials, labour and total cost, based on everything known about the site.
We work with your architect to reach a design that's what you want and within budget. Often that means design and pricing go back and forth a few times until it's right. It works well for clients, architects and us.
Early costing service: £1500. A small price for peace of mind. Additional services such as site visits are charged separately.
