Who we are
We love what we do, and it shows. The company has grown on the back of rising demand for more environmentally responsible buildings, built with sustainable materials and energy sources. We're based in Bathgate, and we build homes across Scotland. No job is too big or too small, and every project gets our full attention.
How we work
We work with you and your architect to choose the best building system for your plans and your budget. We can advise and assist with everything around the build too: architectural design, planning and building warrant applications, structural engineering, cost evaluation, alternative energy sources, full or part construction, and landscaping.
Whatever you need, we'll tailor the package to suit you.
Involved early, all the way to the keys
Design stage
We work with a small number of architects who are trained and certified Passivhaus designers. Getting involved early takes away much of the uncertainty of building your own home.
Costing
We can provide pricing and costing while the design is still developing, so it stays within budget.
Turnkey build
Most of our homes are timber, and we often provide a full turnkey service, right through to the soft and hard landscaping.
Materials that are better for the planet and for living in
We actively promote building materials that are good for the environment and also make for a more solid, comfortable home with lower running costs.
