What we do
Not every project starts with an empty plot. We refurbish and extend existing houses, and build garden rooms, cabins and garages, across central Scotland.
Whether it's a full refurbishment of an older home or a new room to the side or rear, we use the same approach as on our new builds: good insulation, careful airtightness and quality materials. The result is space that's warm, comfortable and cheap to heat.
